What feels like yesterday, the community of Elko lost an artistical powerhouse. Anna Urrizaga was a huge contributor to not only the Elko Basque Club but to the community of Elko in general. Her large Tree of Gernika Mural graces the backside of the fronton (handball court) at the Elko City Park and for more than two decades it has become an important and iconic portrait for the city of Elko, extended community and curious visitors alike. 

The family of Anna Urrizaga has graciously donated a large collection of Anna's Basque Music, and accordion music.

Throughout these next months, little by little, I will be scanning and uploading these music pieces to Leku Anna (Anna's Place), which will be available for download.
